Recognized for leading Guinness Award-winning and ENR Award-winning projects. Proven expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and stakeholder engagement. Adept at forming and managing JV partnerships, driving new business development, and improving organizational performance.
Education:
Osgoode school of Low (Canada) towards LLM degree in business Law, Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering (M.Eng.) and Master of Management Science (M.Sc.) both from University of Waterloo (Canada) and B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) from Ain Shams University (Egypt).
Mr. Salah Ismail, (BSC. ME)
Managing Director
Mr. Ismail is an experienced executive professional engineer with over 35 years of a notable combination of maintenance, construction, planning and management experience in directing large Maintenance and construction projects for oil and gas industries, with professional managing skills, communication and organizational abilities, proven operational expertise, strategic business skills, and a high level of drive in motivating staff and achieving goals. Demonstrated strong ability to provide innovative technical leadership by overseeing tasks related to the programs planning and management, negotiate and apply good judgment, developing & monitoring feasibility studies, financial plans, cash flow and project management activities. Works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals; solicits input by genuinely valuing others’ ideas and expertise. Identifies strategic issues, opportunities and risks; clearly communicates links between organization’s strategy and the work units’ goals.
Professional experience with will know international companies and developing firms in Egypt (Gupco-Egyptian Maintenance Co.,Petrojet) and the Gulf countries (Qatar & Abu Duhabi) in different areas of expertise & Practice :
Strategic Planning, Business Management, JV Partnership and New Ventures establishing, Mergers and Acquisitions, contracts developing &negotiations.
Rotating Equipment’s, Rolling Stock, Power Energy, Project Management, Planning, Cost Estimating, Construction Management, and Contract Administration.
Beside his current studies at AUC technical course, HSE program, Leader ship program at Norway, Maintenance Management, Rotating Machinery Maintenance and overhauling at USA & Switzerland. Ismail holds B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Power section) from Ain Shams University (Egypt).
